What Thesium is

Thesium is a free research overlay for crypto traders. It activates on AXIOM, GMGN, Photon, Basedbot and Terminal, reads the token contract address from the page URL, and surfaces sentiment, KOL positions, and a live Twitter and fomo.app feed for that address.

Thesium is not a broker, exchange, custodian, payment processor, signal service, copy-trade platform, or registered investment adviser. We do not execute trades, move funds, or take custody of assets.

Eligibility

You may use Thesium only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can lawfully enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any country, region, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and you are not on the U.S. Treasury Department's OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list.
• Using Thesium and the platforms it overlays does not violate any law that applies to you.

If any of the above is false, stop now and uninstall the extension.

Your account

Accounts are free and optional. If you create one:

• Use a real email address that you control.
• Keep your password safe. We store only a hash — we can't recover the original.
• One account per person. No farming, multi-accounting, or selling accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

How you may use Thesium

You may install the extension for your personal research, write about it, screenshot it, and share it.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension to ship a derivative product.
• Scrape, mirror, resell, or sublicense our backend data.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure. If you find a security issue, report it; don't exploit it.
• Use Thesium to harass, dox, or defame anyone.
• Use Thesium in connection with money laundering, market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Use Thesium in violation of the terms of AXIOM, GMGN, Photon, Basedbot, Terminal, Twitter/X, fomo.app, or any other platform whose data we display.
• Use Thesium where its use is prohibited by law that applies to you.

Third-party content

The research panel ingests and renders content from AXIOM, GMGN, Photon, Basedbot, Terminal, Twitter/X, fomo.app, public on-chain RPCs, and other public sources. We don't endorse it. We don't verify it. We're showing you what's there.

Tokens, wallets, KOLs, posts, and projects displayed inside the panel are not recommendations.

Intellectual property

The Thesium name, logo, extension code, website, design, copy, and the $THESIS branding belong to Thesium. Using the product doesn't transfer ownership — you get a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use it as intended.

Anything you post into a Thesium feature stays yours; you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the feature.

No warranty

Thesium is provided “as is” and “as available.” We try hard, but:

• Data may be wrong, late, or missing.
• The AI thesis may be inaccurate or misleading.
• The extension may break when a supported site changes.
• The backend may experience downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of any information surfaced in the product.

Investments are yours

This is the part that matters most.

Thesium is informational. Sentiment scores, conviction readings, KOL positions, AI summaries, and any other output are not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or skip any asset.

You decide every trade. You place every order. You take every gain and every loss. We are not responsible for any outcome of decisions you make using information you see in or because of Thesium.

Crypto is volatile, often illiquid, frequently scammy, and may be regulated, restricted, or illegal where you live. Only trade with capital you are prepared to lose. See the risk disclosure for more.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Thesium or its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, trades, or capital — arising out of or in connection with your use of the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Thesium is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Since Thesium is free, this is almost always USD 100.

Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those states, the limits above apply only to the maximum extent the law permits.

Termination

You may stop using Thesium and delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, harm other users or our infrastructure, or use Thesium in a way we reasonably believe is unlawful. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first.

Sections that by nature should survive termination — intellectual property, no warranty, investments-are-yours, limitation of liability, governing law, and arbitration — survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You and Thesium agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the product through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

If you are a consumer and mandatory law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that override this section, those rights apply.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we update the date at the top, post a note in the changelog, and email account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
